D. Avdic is an expert in Solidworks and Autocad. He has been involved in the following activities:
– Designing all kinds of marine equipment (Knuckle Boom Cranes, Cable Winches, Troll
Winches, Fish Pumps, Krill Pumps, Hose Reels, Net Drums, Net Winches, etc.) in
Solidworks 3D and AutoCad
A. Resende has served as a designer, 3D technician, quality control technician and CAD supervisor. He is an expert in reverse engineering, concept design, 3D modeling, rendering and rapid prototyping.
ConnectToufeek has been working on CAD-based projects since 2006. Over the years, he has worked on a number of aircraft projects.
He is competent in AutoCAD, Google Earth Pro and ESurvey CADD. He is skilled both in 2D modelling and isometric 3D drawings using AutoCAD, and also does raster to vector conversion.
He is competent in the use of Skype to interact with clients when implementing their suggestions or requests for changes.
ConnectS. Ghosh is a senior cad designer specializing in the design and drafting of bulk material handling equipment. He has extensive experience in the field of coal handling equipment and the use of Microstation and Smart Plant P&ID to draft piping and instrumentation diagrams and isometric from GA of piping drawings. Mr. Ghosh started his carrier as a cad draftsman, and was responsible for implementing the use of CAD tools in the field of CAD conversion and GIS. He has a BE degree.
S. Shaikh has been working on CAD based projects since 2010. He is proficient in AutoCAD for 2D and Revit for 3D modelling. He has a mechanical design background and has a good knowledge about electrical design concepts as well. Mr. S. Shaikh is currently working on Revit projects for prime luxury hotels in India for a US consulting company. He is skilled in the use of screen sharing tools like Skype to get client feedback. One of the challenging projects that he has worked on was for a Moroccan palace for which he designed floorplans, layouts and isometric single line 3D diagrams.
ConnectS. Sain specializes in the preparation of engineering drawings for piping (e.g. for oil, gas and water). He prepares BOM, Equipment Layouts, Piping layout, piping support layout, Piping routing & modelling, and isometric drawings in Auto CAD. His experience includes the follow: – Preparation of piping conceptual drawing. – Piping routing and piping layout development. – Preparation of equipment layout, piping support layout, piping isometric drawings, P&ID using AutoCAD – Review/checking of 3D piping model – Application of ASME/ANSI/DIN standards. Mr. Sain is an expert in AutoCAD (all versions), Auto Plant-2006 (3d piping software) Navis Works Freedom 2009. Autodesk Design Review Solid Works-2008 (3D software) Unigraphic NX-2 & 3 (3D software) and MDT-6 (3D software) Mr. Sain has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and in CAD Drafting.
ConnectK. Chemjong is an experienced CAD operator and technical supervisor for the construction sector.
ConnectPatel has been drafting and designing since 2008. He has been actively involved in product development for a number of companies. The 3D models and simulations that he creates are further used to estimate actual weight and area of objects, lookout of objects and manufacturing time.
He has constructed 3D models and simulations for aircraft test equipment and test stands, models for aircraft and industrial load banks, packaging solutions for the pharma and pesticide industries, design drawings for food and dairy. He has fabricated drawings for brewery, cosmetics and all types of gear boxes, design models for industrial hoists and cranes, packaging solutions for hydroponic fodder systems and models for bellows expansion joints in cross country pipelines. He has produced drawings for heat exchangers, pressure vessels and tanks, hydraulic solutions, foundry and furnace industries and ceramic industries. Working as a CAD professional on these projects, he has gained confidence in his skill as a CAD engineer.
He feels that the projects he found most interesting and challenging were for:
His favorite tools are AutoCAD for 2D, SolidWorks for 3D, CreoFusion360 and Inventor.
According to Mr. Patel, there is an increasing demand for CAD-based projects that require 2D drafting, isometric drawings, schematic diagrams, 3D modelling, simulation, animation, surface modelling, sheet metal work, weldment, piping and routing and analysis.
He typically works remotely and communicates via email. He also uses Skype frequently and finds it very effective, although he says sometimes it’s difficult to handle troubleshooting on Skype due to file size and formatting limitations.
