He was also a lecturer and Research Fellow at Middlesex University’s Advanced Manufacturing and Mechatronic Centre in London, UK, where he developed a Retrofit Low Inertia kit for Cotton Ginning machines in Tanzania. Most recently he was a Techlink Consultant to the Foundation for Research Science & Technology (FRST) in Northland. Ray brings together a unique combination of skills, knowledge and industry experience. His innovative qualities are demonstrated in his most recent invention – a fully automated boat gangway. He holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
